One of the best things about not having a full time job any more is that I can walk the dogs any time I like. So I was able to take advantage of a break in the clouds today, and have a quick, and rather damp walk on the Rondebosch Common:

And Anna – who seems to be getting over her habit of barking her head off in the car. A VERY BIG DEAL.
All of this is not exactly earth shaking stuff, but I need to remind myself how lucky I am. Rondebosch common beats the city centre any day:
