I finished it yesterday! Here is the inked “Mevrou Karwats” drawing for the CoMix exhibition:
I’m making digital prints of these drawings, and if all goes well, these will be for sale at the show as well as the framed original pen and ink drawings. And my next step is to see what the digital versions look like with some colour added…

Lovely mixture of intense detail and blank space – it’s making my hands itch to draw!

Hah! Thanks, Jesse, what a great comment 🙂
I’m still in that wonderful post-drawing glow space. Never lasts long! * *

I would very much like to buy one of your drawings…the shipping would be ridiculously expensive but I hope you have some for order eventually. (This on is amazing, by the way. How did I even find your blog in the first place?)

I’ve been pondering that very question myself – about the shipping, I mean. No idea how you found my blog, but happy you did! 🙂 These drawings are fairly large – about 34 x 32 cm and I would not be able to roll them in a tube. I think that would damage them… I’m going to have to do some research how others people are solving this problem.

I would like to see this beauty in some mystery or fantasy book.
Love how you do the details and how she looks almost transparent. 😀

Thanks! I’m thinking of using it as a cover for my short story collection. But I’m not sure if it will fit the format. Will have to crop it. Might not work. * *
